The Tri-Centenary Ancestor Vine Grenache
Wine
Yalumba The Tri-Centenary Ancestor Vine Grenache is sourced from just 820 old, gnarled bush vines planted in 1889 in the heart of the Barossa Valley.
These ancient, unirrigated vines consistently produce tiny yields of quality fruit, all handpicked. The hallmark of this wine is its extended post-ferment maceration: it spends a great many weeks on skins prior to pressing.
Ruby red, Yalumba The Tri-Centenary Ancestor Vine Grenache has silky texture, vibrant acidity and defined tannins. Cellaring potential is five years.
